The machine has a first folding station (7) and a second (14) following downstream, obliquely positioned machine components, which comprise carrying components (5) for the box parts and at least one glue applicator tool and actuating drive to position said components. It also has a turning station (9) with unjoggable means to move the parts and a control panel to steer the actuating drive of the machine components behind and in front of the turning station independently from the type of box to be produced.
