A bag having a display device and a solar light charging function according to the present invention comprises: a bag body; a base cover disposed in one side of the bag body; a hinge member assembled with the base cover to be able to be pivoted at 180 degrees; a cover member connected with the hinge member, and wrapping one surface of the bag; and a solar cell plate disposed on one side surface of the cover member. According to the present invention, as occasion demands, a solar cell plate and a display device may be conveniently taken out from or accommodated in a bag to ensure an advertising function and a solar light charging function, so a cloth which harmonizes with an original cloth of the bag is placed in the front side of the rear surface of the cover member when the solar cell plate and the display device are not used. Accordingly, a design of the bag is not degraded, and the original function of the bag may be maintained. Moreover, when the solar cell plate is used, solar cell charging may be continuously performed in a rechargeable battery stored in the bag, so a user does not need to additionally carry a separate extra rechargeable battery and convenience is ensured. In particular, when a taking-out and accommodating type or pivotable solar cell plate and a display device according to the present invention are applied to a backpack, a user of the backpack may set an advertisement time during walking and perform advertisement, so he/she may have an opportunity to participate in public service advertisement activities of public offices or public authorities. |
