According to an embodiment of the present invention, a computer program stored in a computer-readable medium is disclosed. The computer program allows a computer to perform operations described below. The operations include: an operation of collecting customer identification data and expert know-how data; an operation of determining a target customer based on the collected customer identification data; an operation of generating at least one among customized consulting information and standard consulting information for the determined target customer; and an operation of generating reception information for the determined target customer based on the collected expert know-how data. Thus, optimal information for receiving customers may be provided to each finance consultant (FC). |
