Provided is a method for measuring the temporal stability of a release film, comprising: a step of preparing a release film comprising a base layer and a release layer; a step of preparing a laminated body that an adhesive layer is attached to one surface of the release layer; a step of measuring first release force after the first laminated body is stored at a first temperature for a first time; a step of measuring second release force after the second laminated body is stored at a second temperature higher than the first temperature for a second time longer than the first time; and a step of measuring the temporal change rate by a general formula 1 : temporal change rate (%) = (second release force - first release force)/first release force x 100. Moreover, the present invention provides a release film which has the temporal change rate of less than or equal to 30% measured by the method for measuring the temporal stability of a release film.
