The present invention relates to a bicycle rack including: an upper rotary plate (12) and a lower rotary plate (13) mounted to a main column (11) vertically stood on a bottom plate (10) to be able to rotate; a rotating unit (20) rotating the upper and lower rotary plates; and a rack (30) capable of moving upward and downward to park a bicycle between partitioning walls (31) separated at intervals enabling the bicycle to be parked radially formed between the upper and lower rotary plates. The bicycle rack is easy to install outdoors and enables the efficient spatial utilization in a narrow space. In addition, the bicycle rack is capable of improving user convenience by enabling a user to easily park the bicycle on the bicycle rack or take out the bicycle from the bicycle rack without a manager and preventing the bicycle from being stolen.
