A launching apparatus for an underwater cleaning robot is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the launching apparatus for an underwater cleaning robot comprises: a moving vehicle having a transfer wheel to travel along an outer surface of a hull; a launching unit enabling an underwater cleaning robot to fall toward a bottom of the hull; a fastening unit enabling the underwater cleaning robot to be coupled to or separated from the moving vehicle; and a magnet enabling the moving vehicle to be attached to the outer surface of the hull. The fastening unit comprises: a fastening cable connecting the moving vehicle and the underwater cleaning robot; and a fastening winch towing the fastening cable to enable the underwater cleaning robot to access the moving vehicle.
