PURPOSE: Food to be cooked are not stuck to the cooking bowl, and washing is easy by the elvan characteristics having good appearance. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic cooking bowl melted with an elvan is formed by arranging elvan stone having SiO2 of 65-70 percent in the bottom of the main body(2) of heat resistant clay material. A glaze is coated to the whole body, and is burnt in 1,200 plus or minus 30 degrees centigrade. Another glaze is coated only to the melted elvan, and is burnt in 1,100 plus or minus 20 degrees centigrade.
