PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To airtightly weld heat-weldable substantially cylindrical materials to each other without heating unevenness.SOLUTION: A welding apparatus 10 comprises a support body 22 slidably erected on a base 12 and a pair of welding heads 48A, 48B oppositely arranged so as to sandwich the outer peripheral surface of an upper end of the support body 22. The support body 22 can be rotated by operation of a lever 20. A cylindrical body 80 is set on the upper end of the support body 22, and an element body 84 for a bag is fitted using a guide member 90. In first welding, while applying current to nichrome plates 56 of the welding heads 48A, 48B so that the amount of the current becomes large, cooling is performed by supplying water inside a tube 52 through the ends of the welding heads 48A, 48B. After the first welding, second welding is performed after switching an electrification path by operating the lever 20 to rotate the support body 22 by about 90° so that the amount of applied current to the nichrome plates 56 becomes smaller than that of the first welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
