PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a pair of multiphase converters in which voltage conversion circuits of a plurality of phases are connected in parallel are connected in parallel and required phases are levelled and distributed to both the converters, the case where a great ripple current is generated may increase.SOLUTION: When the number of drive phases of one multiphase converter is zero or an even number and the number of drive phases of the other multiphase converter is a number that is obtained by subtracting the number of selection phases from the number of required phases, the case where the great ripple current is generated decreases. When a pair of four-phase converters are connected in parallel, for example, the number of drive phases is a combination of (1, 0), (2, 0), (3, 0), (4, 0), (4, 1), (4, 2), (4, 3) and (4, 4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
