摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring the distance to the pipe surface that can efficiently and accurately measure the distance to the surface of the measurement object pipe even if a variation of the outer or inner diameter of the measurement object pipe invites a major variation in the distance to the surface of the measurement object pipe.SOLUTION: A distance measuring device 101 according to the present invention is equipped with an FSF laser distance meter 102 that measures the distance to a measurement object pipe P by projecting a laser beam, whose frequency linearly fluctuates relative to time, onto the surface of the measurement object pipe P and a prescribed reflection source R and receiving the laser beam reflected by the surface of the measurement object pipe P and the reflection source R. The FSF laser distance meter 102 receives as a measuring beam the laser beam projected from the FSF laser distance meter 102 and reflected by the surface of the measurement object pipe P, receives as a reference beam the laser beam projected from the FSF laser distance meter 102 and reflected by the reflection source R, and calculates the distance to the surface of the measurement object pipe P on the basis of the difference between the frequencies of the measuring beam and the reference beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
