PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus, a medical image processing method, and a medical image apparatus capable of tracking a cardiac mascle accurately and quickly.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus of this embodiment comprises an estimation unit and a tracking unit. The estimation unit estimates a movement of a cardiac muscle among plural images of different time phases, in a group of images in which plural images containing the cardiac muscle are arrayed in time series. The tracking unit performs tracking by setting a search range of tracking the cardiac muscle in the group of images, on the basis of the movement of the cardiac muscle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
