PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall part penetration member and the like of which installation is facilitated and an adhesion between the wall part penetration member and an inner surface of an open hole can be assured.SOLUTION: A ring member 7 is stored in a ring member storing part 37 of a resilient member 5. A female thread part 25 of the ring member 7 and a male thread part of a fixing member 13 are engaged with each other in thread. A tapered part 27 at the ring member and a tapered part 31 of a diameter-expanded member are contacted to each other. Since the ring member 7 is moved toward the fixing member 13, the ring member 7 becomes a state in which it is pushed into a diameter-expanded member 9. The ring member 7 is pushed into an inner circumferential part of the diameter-expanded member 9 to cause the diameter-expanded member 9 to be pushed wide. That is, a pressing surface 41 of the diameter-expanded member 9 is expanded at its diameter to press against the inner surface of an open hole adhesion part 19. Due to this operation, the open hole adhesion part 19 is pushed against the inner surface of an open hole 53 and closely adhered thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
