TECHNICAL PROBLEM: To develop a method for economically producing reliable and safe organic agricultural products in larger quantities per unit area than the conventional agricultural method, without selecting the place, such as an open field, house, planter, flowerpot, or the like.SOLUTION: The above subject is solved by performing a seed activation and rapid alteration of soil using an alkaline electrolytic water having a pH of 11.0 or more obtained by diluting a highly concentrated electrolytic water having a pH of 13.0 or more with local tap water or groundwater. |
