The device has a flexible actuation core sliding into a flexible actuation cladding that is extended at an area, where the area is surrounded by a damping element (1). The damping element is made of elastic material i.e. ethylene propylene diene monomer, and comprises a radially extending damping plate (3) and a hub (2) that is arranged on the actuation cladding. The damping plate extends over entire circumference of the hub, where a symmetry axis of the damping plate is formed coaxially to an axial center of the hub. The damping plate exhibits circular or polygonal contour. |
