PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor capable of improving the accuracy in resistance value.SOLUTION: The chip resistor includes: an insulation substrate 11; a pair of upper surface electrodes 12 formed on the insulation substrate 11; a resistive element 13 formed between the pair of upper surface electrodes 12; and a trimming groove 14 for correcting resistance value which is formed by irradiating the resistive element 13 with a laser. The resistive element 13 is formed by printing a resistive element past of conductive particles, glass and a firing-elimination material which is eliminated at a melting temperature lower than that of the glass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
