PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly workability.SOLUTION: A functional module 5 includes: a circuit part structured so that electronic components are mounted on a second printed-wiring board; and a second case 51 in which the circuit part is housed and which is disposed so as to be adjacent to a first case 42. The first case 42 and the second case 51 include one pair of or a plurality pairs of connection parts (a connection female part 424 and a connection male part 57) which are hung on each other to be connected. A power-supply device is structured as mentioned above, and enables the first case 42 and the second case 51 to be connected to each other via the connection parts without using any tools, so that assembly workability can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
