PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator circuit and an integrated circuit with which it is possible to correct an output voltage for a voltage drop due to cable resistance in accordance with a load current and hold a prescribed reference voltage, and to make those circuits available at relatively low cost in a reduced size.SOLUTION: A current detection unit is configured with a current detection transistor 11, and a voltage correction unit is configured with an output transistor 10 connected to the current detection transistor and a current mirror, and a correction amount setting resistor Rc for setting the amount of correction and connected to the output side of the current detection transistor, the transistor size being chosen to be m1<m2 when the mirror ratio of the current detection transistor to the output transistor is made to be m1:m2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
