PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and a control method with which, in an information presentation surface being viewed simultaneously by multiple users, it is possible to distinguish between an area viewable only by a specific user and an area viewable by all users.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a line-of-sight detection unit that detects the line-of-sight of each of multiple users with respect to presentation information; and an area determination unit that, on the basis of the detected lines of sight for the multiple users, determines a shared area in which information is shared and viewed by the multiple users, and a privacy area in which each user's information is kept private and is not viewed by other users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
