PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCR method and a PCR kit which have higher detection accuracy and are simple.SOLUTION: In a PCR method of the present invention, a sample including: a primer set including a first primer and a second primer; a template amplified by the primer set; a first probe in which a bulge structure is lost by forming a double strand together with the first primer, and the bulge structure is formed by dissociating from the double strand formed together with the first primer; and a bulge structure binding molecule which emits a signal by being bound to the bulge structure, is subjected to PCR reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
