Disclosed in the present invention are a drug carrier comprising a core of fibroin particles and an outer shell layer of a positive charge material coating the core, a manufacturing method thereof, and a use of the same. The silk fibroin microparticles having improved surficial properties of the present invention can be used as an excellent drug carrier by inducing various types of drugs, genetic substances, proteins and the like by easily entering a cell membrane, and controlling long term drug discharge through control of crystallinity.
