PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the transmission power of a particular antenna only when there is a need to limit the maximum transmission power.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal comprises a transmission antenna determination unit (44) that makes a radio communication unit (13) transmit a radio signal using a sub antenna (12) so that the maximum transmission power does not exceed limit power when the radio wave intensity of the sub antenna (12) is stronger than that of a main antenna (11), and the limit power of the sub antenna (12) is larger than the maximum transmission power of the main antenna (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
