PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyesterimide resin insulation coating capable of making film thickness of an insulation coated film formed round a straight angle conductor substantially uniform over perimeter without deteriorating application workability and an insulation wire using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyesterimide resin insulation coating containing a polyesterimide resin and an inorganic fine particle which is surface treated by silicone oil having a molecular weight of 2000 to 25000 and dispersed with a percentage of 5 mass% to 30 mass% based on 100 mass% of a resin component of the polyesterimide resin and having added pseudo plasticity with viscosity at shear rate at a temperature of 30°C of 1 sof 1000 mPa s to 2000 mPa s and viscosity at shear rate at the temperature of 30°C of 200 sof 4000 mPa s to 12000 mPa s in a measurement by an E type viscometer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
