PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of chipping and a burr, by effectively cooling a cutting part.SOLUTION: A cutting blade 40 for cutting a workpiece comprises a cutting grindstone 41 formed in an annular ring plate shape and annular ring-shaped members 42 and 43 respectively provided on both side surfaces of the cutting grindstone 41. The central axes of the annular ring-shaped members 42 and 43 coincide with the central axis of the cutting grindstone 41, and a difference between an outer radius of the cutting grindstone 41 and outer radiuses of the annular ring-shaped members 42 and 43 is larger than the depth of cut to a workpiece of the cutting grindstone 41. The cutting blade 40 further includes fluid supply passages 421 and 431 communicating to the outer peripheral side from the inner peripheral side of the annular ring-shaped members 42 and 43. Since cutting water can be supplied to a cutting part via the fluid supply passages 421 and 431, the cutting part is effectively cooled, and the occurrence of chipping and a burr can be prevented. Strength reduction in the cutting blade 40 can also be prevented since it is unnecessary for a groove to be provided in the cutting blade 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
