PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mast base which achieves a small risk of damage of the mast even if the mast is stored, moved, or transported with a heavy object attached to the must, avoids causing an obstruction during use of the mast, and is advantageous in terms of costs, and to provide a mast support device.SOLUTION: A mast base includes: a pedestal base 4; a mast 5 which is provided at a rear part of the pedestal base 4 so as to rotate between a standing state and a forward lodging state; a heavy object (lamp) 6 disposed at an upper end part of the mast 5; a movable mast receiver 19 which supports the mast 5 in the lodging state at a mast support position A separated from the pedestal base 4 in a forward direction; and a support member 20 which supports the movable mast receiver 19 on the pedestal base 4 so that the movable mast receiver 19 may displace between the mast support position A and a storage position B where the movable mast receiver 19 is stored in the pedestal base 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
