PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing method and a device capable of inexpensive noise removal and sensitization processing on a video having a large number of images, such as high-definition TV.SOLUTION: Motion detection processing performs two types of processing, which are third and fourth processing, in which the fourth processing updates a brightness of a pixel stored in a stationary static buffer at a predetermined ratio, whereas the third processing compares between absolute values of the brightness of a pixel stored in the fixed stationary static buffer updated in the fourth processing for one frame before and a brightness of a pixel in an input image, so as to determine that the pixel is moving when the absolute value is greater than a certain value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
