PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation in which storage stability of olmesartan medoxomil is improved.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a process of a tablet containing olmesartan medoxomil as an active ingredient comprising mixing (a) olmesartan medoxomil with a 90% particle diameter of 10-50 μm; (b-1) an excipient; (c) a binder; (d) a disintegrator; and (e) stearic acid, subsequently performing a wet granulation; then further adding (b-2) excipient into an obtained granulated material and mixing; and subsequently adding (f) a lubricant (except a stearic acid) and mixing; and subsequently tableting; and to a tablet obtained by such a process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
