PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a joint structure which is capable of suppressing thermal deterioration of a second member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a joint structure 100 comprises: a process of forming a bored part 11 having an opening on a surface 13 of a first member 10 and forming a protrusion 12 protruded to an inner side of an inner peripheral surface of the bored part 11; a process of adjacently arranging a region where the bored part 11 of the first member 10 is formed and a second member 20; and a process of filling the second member 20 into the bored part 11 of the first member 10 by irradiating the region where the bored part 11 of the first member 10 is formed with laser from the second member 20 side and solidifying the second member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
