PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant supply device which can automatically and precisely manage clogging of a filter and other maintenance items.SOLUTION: A coolant supply device includes: a dirty tank 12 and a clean tank 13 which are mutually communicated; a filter 14 arranged on a communication part of the dirty tank 12 and the clean tank 13; a supply pump 17 arranged on the clean tank 13; a supply pipe 15 which supplies the coolant C discharged from the supply pump 17 to a machine tool 1; a first level gauge 19 which measures a liquid level of the dirty tank 12; a second level gauge 20 which measures a liquid level of the clean tank 13; and a state determination part 25 which determines a state of the coolant supply device 10 based on a liquid level difference between the liquid level of the dirty tank 12 and the liquid level of the clean tank 13 respectively measured by the first level gauge 19 and the second level gauge 20 in a state that the coolant C is supplied to the machine tool 1 by the supply pump 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
