PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installation space in a vertical direction while assuring an effect of reducing vibration.SOLUTION: A weight member 14 is installed inside a case 12, shows a rectangular flat plate shape and is arranged to extend on a horizontal plane. A disc 22 is arranged at a central location of an inner side of the case 12 in a direction X with its central axis 2202 being faced in X direction. The disc 22 has a female thread 30 passed and formed at a location spaced apart from the central axis 2202 in X-direction. A disk supporting part 24 supports the disc 22 within the case 12 in such a way that it may not be moved in a vertical direction but may be rotated. A feeding screw 26 is engaged in thread with the female thread 30. A linear motion actuator 28 is supported in such a way that it may not be moved in a vertical direction relatively in respect to the weight member 14 and causes the feeding screw 26 to be reciprocated. Reciprocating motion of the feeding screw 26 causes the disc 22 to be rotated in normal or reverse direction around the central axis 2202 of the disc 22 and the weight member 14 to be vibrated in a vertical direction within the case 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
