PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit which stabilizes an output voltage and widens a voltage range of the output voltage.SOLUTION: An inverter circuit includes a first inverter INV2 and a second inverter INV3. The first inverter includes: a first NMOS transistor NM14 of which the gate is connected to a first terminal, the source is connected to a ground terminal and the drain is connected to a second terminal; and a second NMOS transistor NM15 of which the gate and the drain are connected to a power supply terminal and the source is connected to the second terminal. The second inverter includes: a third NMOS transistor NM16 of which the gate is connected to the second terminal, the source is connected to the ground terminal and the drain is connected to a third terminal; and a fourth NMOS transistor NM17 of which the gate and the drain are connected to the power supply terminal and the source is connected to the third terminal. A threshold voltage of the first NMOS transistor is different from that of the third NMOS transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
