PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the conversion accuracy in analog-to-digital conversion.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 comprises: a counter circuit 14 for counting a first integration time T1 defined for integrating an analog signal Van, and a second integration time T2 from a start of integration of an integrated reference voltage Vref to when an output of an integrator 12 reaches a comparison reference voltage; and an integration time update circuit 17 for updating the first integration time T1.
