PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a filament body from coming off from a guide roller and prevent damage to the filament body even when the size of a supply bobbin increases.SOLUTION: A guide roller 3 comprises a flange part 3b and a groove part 3c for guiding a filament body 4. A flange surface of the flange part 3b is substantially parallel to a delivery direction of the filament body 4 from a supply bobbin 2. A rotation axis C2 of the guide roller 3 and a rotation axis C1 of the supply bobbin 2 are disposed in directions substantially orthogonal to each other. The filament body 4 delivered from the supply bobbin 2 is delivered while coming into contact with the groove part 3c of the guide roller 3 without interposing another guide means between the supply bobbin 2 and the guide roller 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
