PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which transmits first read scan data even in second and subsequent transmissions of the same document, a control method therefor and a program.SOLUTION: In the case of FAX transmission, if a QR code 1206 is not included in scan data SD1 which are obtained by scanning a document G, FAX transmission of the scan data SD1 is performed. A completion stamp 1205 is printed on the document G, a master data MD and the QR code 1206 corresponding thereto are generated from the scan data SD1, the master data and the QR code are associated with each other and stored in a master data storage section of a server, and the QR code 1206 is printed on the document G. If the QR code 1206 is included in the scan data SD1, the master data MD corresponding to the QR code 1206 are acquired from the master data storage section of the server, and FAX transmission of scan data SD2 which are generated from the master data MD, is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
