PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively heat an abject to be heated.SOLUTION: A microwave heating device for heating particles adhering to a filter that is provided to an exhaust pipe line of exhaust gas includes: a waveguide connected to the exhaust pipe line; a microwave emitting means emitting a microwave into the exhaust pipe line via the waveguide; and a reflection plate which includes a plurality of openings formed therein, each opening having a size of 1/2 of a wavelength of the microwave or less, and reflects a microwave, which is emitted to the inside of the exhaust pipe line via the waveguide, toward a direction where the filter is located.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
