PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam excellent in flame-retardant performance.SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting and curing a mixture which contains a silicone foam stabilizer represented by general formula (1) where the ratio of m/(n1+n2) is 1 to 5 inclusive, a polyisocyanate component, a polyol component, a foaming agent, and a catalyst.
