PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionery aligning method and aligning apparatus smoothly aligning in a lateral row without damaging a plurality of confectionery in a column, conveyed on a conveyor.SOLUTION: A confectionery aligning method as a confectionery aligning method for aligning in a lateral row confectionery conveyed on a conveyor at a constant interval includes: a step of descending an alignment plate to a rear side of confectionery on a conveyor; a step of horizontally holding the alignment plate by a crank for changing a rotational motion to a linear motion and sending out to a conveyance direction so as to aline confectionery in a lateral row; a step of lifting up the alignment plate; and a step of degenerating the crank so as to return the alignment plate to an original position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
