PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for decontaminating contaminated soil, in each of which contaminants can be removed efficiently from the contaminated soil and elution of the contaminant remaining in the decontaminated soil can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The method for decontaminating contaminated soil, in one embodiment, comprises: a decontamination step S100 of decontaminating the contaminated soil 11 by using an organic acid-containing decontamination liquid 12 so that the contaminant contained in the contaminated soil 11 is eluted in the decontamination liquid 12; and an anion adsorption step S200 of adding an anion adsorbent 14 to the decontaminated soil 13, which is decontaminated at the decontamination step, so that the contaminant remaining in the decontaminated soil 13 is adsorbed on the anion adsorbent 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
