The present invention relates to a device for extracting cold brew coffee or tea, and more particularly, to a device for extracting cold brew coffee or tea, in which a layer of ground coffee or tea makes face-to-face contact with a layer of water positioned on an upper end of the layer of the ground coffee or tea, so the layer of water penetrates through the layer of the ground coffee or tea and is filtered by a filter, thus the cold brew coffee or tea is extracted. To the end, according to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a device for extracting cold brew coffee or tea, which includes: a storage chamber for storing the ground coffee or tea where a hollow part is formed in the lengthwise direction, and an aperture to insert coffee, connected to the hollow part, is formed on an upper part of the storage chamber; a first filter disposed inside the storage chamber for storing the ground coffee or tea to allow the layer of water to make face-to-face contact with the layer of the ground coffee or tea; and a second filter, disposed on a lower end of the storage chamber, for filtering extracted coffee or tea penetrated through the layer of the ground coffee or tea. A peripheral part of the second filter is lower than a central part of the second filter and thorugh-holes are formed in the peripheral part. |
