The present invention relates to a functional composition for caring animal skin and fur, which can be used in a product for caring skin and fur of companion animals simply and professionally, by containing the minimum amount of chemical ingredients and using clean and indigenous resources in Jeju Island such as horse oil, tangerine, and cactus. According to the present invention, the use of skin and fur caring products containing the composition of the present invention has shown effectiveness in skin regeneration, improvement in allergic dermatitis such as atopy, prevention of ectoparasites such as mites and fleas, anti-inflammation and anti-bacterial activities.
