The present invention relates to diaminothiazole derivatives, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as active components for preventing or treating liver cancer. According to the present invention, the diaminothiazole derivatives, optical isomers thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have excellent effects in inhibiting activation of Wee1 kinase and cell proliferation of liver cancer cell strain. Therefore, the derivatives, optical isomers, and salts can be useful as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating related liver cancers.
