A conference proceeding device is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the conference proceeding device comprises: an input unit configured to receive user input; a display unit configured to display a conference proceeding step on a screen if the user input for initiating a conference is received; a voice recognition unit configured to recognize voices of conference participants; a voice-text conversion unit configured to convert the recognized voices of the conference participants into texts; and a control unit configured to record the converted texts to correspond to the conference proceeding step so as to generate minutes. Therefore, the conference proceeding device can effectively reserve usage of a conference room and conveniently proceed a conference.
