PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire including an inner member composed of a rubber composition that excels in high mileage property while maintaining processability and excellent rubber strength by incorporating carbon black, and a method for manufacturing the tire.SOLUTION: The tire includes an inner member composed of a rubber composition that contains 15 to 55 parts by mass of carbon black with respect to 100 parts by mass of a rubber component containing 60 to 100 mass% of isoprene rubber and further contains a sulfide compound represented by formula (I) below by 0.05 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the carbon black. The carbon black comprises 5 to 55 parts by mass of carbon black (A) having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of less than 50 m/g and 0 to 30 parts by mass of carbon black (B) having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 50 m/g or more.
