Provided are an integral double-valve gas jet valve and assembly method thereof, the jet valve comprising a valve body (1), a valve element (2) installed inside the valve body, a front valve plate (3), a rear valve plate (4) and a moving armature (5) all arranged coaxially with the valve element, and an electromagnetic coil (6); a front valve plate hole (31) matching the front valve plate and a rear valve plate hole (41) matching the rear valve plate are provided inside the inner cavity of the valve body; the front valve plate and the rear valve plate are fixedly connected by a connecting rod (10) to form an integral structure that cannot be disassembled; the diameter of the front valve plate is less than the diameter of the rear valve plate, and is less than the inner diameter of the rear valve plate hole. The gas jet valve employs a simple integral dual-valve gas inlet structure having a large gas jet flux and a quick response and is easy to assemble, thus avoiding structural, technological, and sealing problems such as difficult assembly resulting from a combination dual-valve structure. |
