A touch panel substrate and a manufacturing method therefor. The touch panel substrate comprises: a capacitive layer (4) having multiple electrodes (41, 42); a first covering layer (5) formed on the capacitive layer (4); multiple conductive bridges (6), disposed on the first covering layer (5) and constructed to electrically connect a part of electrically isolated electrodes in the electrodes; and multiple electrical connection wires (72), respectively electrically connected to the corresponding conductive bridges (6) so that the first electrode (41) is electrically connected to a touch detection circuit. The material for fabricating the electrical connection wires (72) is different from that of the conductive bridges (6), so that the conductive bridges (6) below the electrical connection wires (72) are not corroded when a material layer of the electrical connection wires (72) is etched. Due to different features of copper, nano-silver and ITO materials, the capacity and yield rate are increased by using a one-time patterning process.
