MEANS FOR FIXATION OF CONFECTIONARY GOODS IN PACKAGING

The invention relates to food industry, more specifically to packaging for pre-portioned confectionery goods consisting of one or several portions. The means for fixation of pre-portioned confectionary goods, mainly pastry, inside the packaging contains a tray connected to at least a part of the confectionary goods base with a food adhesive substance in the form of gel. The proposed fixation means does not impede removal of a portion of confectionary goods from the tray, because the adhesive substance has a gel-like consistence and does not harden. The proposed means enables confectionary goods attachment to the tray without contaminating the goods with non-food substance.
