PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control technique capable of maintaining amenity of a working space.SOLUTION: A lighting control device for controlling lighting equipment has an actual outer light illuminance calculator 601 for calculating actual outer light illuminance every predetermined period at a location position of an illuminance sensor on the basis of illuminance data measured by the illuminance sensor at the predetermined period, and an actual outer light illuminance estimator 603 for estimating actual outer light illuminance at each position of a working space containing the location position of the illuminance sensor when a variation amount per unit time of the calculated actual outer light illuminance exceeds a predetermined amount, the actual outer light illuminance being estimated by using actual outer light illuminance before the variation amount exceeds the predetermined amount. The lighting equipment is controlled on the basis of an estimation value of the actual outer light illuminance at each position of the working space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
