PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit capable of reducing the switching noise and increasing the speed.SOLUTION: A drive circuit comprises: a drive buffer circuit A1 that drives a transistor M1 depending on a voltage at a control terminal IN1; a voltage detection circuit DET1 that detects whether or not an output voltage of the drive buffer circuit A1 becomes a threshold voltage; a control circuit CTRL1 that outputs a voltage depending on the combination of logics of the detection voltage by the voltage detection circuit DET1 and the voltage at the control terminal IN1; and a transistor M5 that controls a gate of the transistor M1 depending on the output voltage of the control circuit CTRL1. When the transistor is controlled from an OFF state to an ON state by the voltage of the control terminal IN1, the transistor M5 assists the drive capability of the drive buffer circuit A1 by the output voltage of the control circuit CTRL1 until when the output voltage of the voltage detection circuit DET1 becomes the threshold voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
