To promote simplification of the structure of a conductive element and reduction in the number of components thereof, and to reduce likelihood of degradation of high frequency characteristics. A plate-shaped member separated from a conductive plate-shaped material is bent to form a conductive element (100) comprising: a left wall portion (104); a right wall portion (106) opposing the left wall portion; a bottom wall portion (108) connecting the left wall portion (104) and the right wall portion (106); a front wall portion (110) which continues from the left wall portion (104) and is located in a direction intersecting the right wall portion (106); and a flat spring portion (112a) extending from the bottom wall portion (108) and located between the left wall portion (104) and the right wall portion (106). A front end (116) of a contact portion (114) is brought into contact with the front wall portion (110).
