A liquid crystal lens, comprising: a first substrate (110) and a second substrate (120) which are disposed oppositely, and a liquid crystal layer (130) which is clamped between the first substrate (110) and the second substrate (120). A metal layer (121), an insulating layer (122) and an electrode layer (123) are arranged at one side of the second substrate (120) which is adjacent to the first substrate (110) in a stacked manner, the electrode layer (123) including a plurality of electrodes which are arranged at intervals, and the height of an electrode applied with the highest voltage in the plurality of electrodes that are arranged at intervals being lower than that of an adjacent electrode thereof. The present invention can make a real effective refractive index of a liquid crystal molecule corresponding to the electrode applied with the highest voltage approximate to an effective refractive index under an ideal condition, so that the 3D crosstalk is reduced, and a 3D display effect is improved. The present invention also relates to a liquid crystal display apparatus. |
