Discloses an immunogenic composition comprising a soluble fragment of the Hendra G glycoprotein, said fragment consisting of amino acids 73 to 604 of (SEQ ID NO: 2) or a sequence at least 90% identical thereto, an immunostimulatory complex (ISC), said ISC comprising a saponin, a phospholipid and a steroid, and one or more excipients, wherein the concentration of the soluble fragment of the Hendra virus G glycoprotein in the composition is 5-100 μg per ml of ISC, wherein the sequences are as defined in the complete specification. |
